What do you like best?

Critical impact has virually all the features a modern and 21st century email marketing software should have. It allows you to differentiate between active and inactive subscribers so that whenever you want to send your next message it determine which subscriber has opened or clicked on the previous messages for the past 30days and should be included on the list.

What do you dislike?

To be honest, I haven't noticed any flaws while using it.
