What do you like best?

The features and integrations they offer seem fantastic. We were very excited about the possibilities here.

What do you dislike?

I went through 3 week process of trying to get a demo set up and find out pricing. I finally was able to get someone to walk me through. The whole time we we're very upfront with them, that we only have 100 students. Finally, a week after they gave us a demo and after emailing them multiple times for the pricing quote they promised to send; I just started calling their offices until someone would actually answer a phone, just for them to tell me they are only offering their services to schools with at least 500 students... This was a frustrating experience through the entire process just for them to say they couldn't help us. If that was their rule, they should have stated that from the very beginning. I do NOT recommend this service. Even if you are able to get through the implementation, if anything were to go wrong, it will take you weeks to get a straight answer, or any answer at all from them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to get out of manual tracking with excel spreadsheets and get into one system. We ended up going with Gradelink for our SIS and Canvas for our LMS.
