What do you like best?
Crayon is our one-stop shop for battlecards/playbooks, for our 1000+ employees in sales/customer success organizations, spanning our Tier 1-3 competitors. It is the place we send our pre-sales, and customer success organizations to help manage competitive insights. Prior to Crayon, we had redundant documents (wikis, emails, Google Docs) and disparate sources of competitive intel; with Crayon, we build all things compete into one place. The Slack integrations help curate even better competitive insights than we previously had. It's boosted the role and legitimacy of competitive intel across our Sales and Marketing functions - content is easily accessible, digestible, and it's up to date. Our organization has a dedicated CSM - who has been amazing throughout our journey into Crayon.
What do you dislike?
No dislikes. Helpful tips - a tool doesn't replace a process. Retraining the field muscle to leverage the breadth of Crayon is a must for long-term success.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Crayon is the foundation for our competitive intel sourcing, curation, and reference. It has reduced the many sources of compete data (wiki, Google Drive, Slack, Email) to one spot, increased the quality of competitive data, and increased our sales team's confidence in competitive intel.
