Advanced user of CratejoyCratejoy is a great way to get visibility for a subscription business if you're new. The site offers PR opportunities as well for business owners, if you jump through all of their hoops to be featured.
The site is littered with fake reviews. When you contact the company, they won't remove them even if the review is clearly for a different product. When you contact the reviews, they want paid to remove the reviews, which is clearly a scam. The site software is also difficult to use, and the fees charged add up as the charge a fee on top of your payment processor.
I would strongly suggest setting up your own website first, as the fees and the review scams on Cratejoy make it unfriendly for small businesses.
Cratejoy is an opportunity to find new customers. Unfortunately, it's also an opportunity to be scammed.
