What do you like best?

The form designer is really good, I like the easy way to configure form designs. Overall flow was nice and the product was really nicely designed

What do you dislike?

Once we added users at scale, performance really started to struggle, non-admin users reporting page load times up to 2 minutes!

The support team had to keep asking developers

Performance in general didn't really work, if you didn't have a fibre connection it was slow.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you don't mind having to do alot of manual work, then it's easy to set up :)

Getting a tenant (Coruson's term for accounts) set up could take up to a week at times.

I'd highly recommend not going with it, use the on-premise QPulse if necessary.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used Coruson to handle alot of our process - new starts / leavers and also a document store, SDL policies, employee handbook etc.
