An easy to use platform that does it all

What do you like best?

The ease of use of the software and the welcoming support team that comes with it. We have been able to contact so many more leads than before and in turn this has allowed to grow our business. I work directly with the CSM that Convoso provides you when you initially and they are some of the most friendly people you will be in contact with and with this, made switching to Convoso a breeze.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it is overwhelming to navigate with so many robust features, but the support teams makes it easy to reach out and find answers. There are a few features that my sales team would like to see including a mobile app so that they can manage their calls outside of the office, and when communicating with the support team at convoso, they were very good about listening to my requests and making it feel like they would relay info to the development team to see about getting these new features implemented which is really nice.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a robust dialer to be able to make contacts to your leads, Convoso is the software for you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main problem we solved by using Convoso is being able to contact much more leads than before. And in doing this we found ways to implement inbound campaigns and have more people contacting us than before. It would be nice to have a slightly more robust reporting system
