Easy to use--when internet is not down!

What do you like best?

Easy to auto-dial straight from salesforce. The voice recordings appear right after my call, and its helpful for review since I am in a sales role.

What do you dislike?

Since its web based you need pretty strong internet to get a clear connection, not always convenient. It also quits on me if its been idle for too long. not sure if this is an issue on my end or contivio's.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easier way to communicate and the busy/ready/idle status helps with cross office communication. We were utelizing shoretel before, and it was really difficult to download calls from the system. Now they are integrated right into slaesforce
