Great for Tracking Email and Prospects

What do you like best?

ContextSmith has an intuitive way of tracking email opens/open rate and displays that information succinctly in my Gmail. This makes it very easy to see who is interacting with content and how often.

What do you dislike?

I've noticed that I "log-out" rather frequently with chrome extension and it sometimes can take a decent amount of time to log-in. The screen remains blank for a random period of time and I will have to refresh my browser a couple of times in order to get things synced back up.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a great solution for organizations that are looking to track emails and they offer additional features in their paid offering.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking prospect engagement and deal velocity. This has helped deals become more predictable and I can see what content has been engaged with most frequently.
