What do you like best?

It's so easy to use -even for my 'technically challenged' web design clients. Content Snare has saved me hours of back and forth emails per client and I get a clear, concise brief upfront.

What do you dislike?

I would love for my web design clients to be able to buy from me and be automatically redirected to a blank form, rather than me login and send each new client a form by email. Having said that, it's a minor issue and even if this never happens, I won't stop using Content Snare.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Much faster to build than a form on a website. Well thought out and easy to use -for you and your clients. Make sure you save re-usable forms as templates, as this can save you even more time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving the problem of inefficient emails, ambiguous client requests, multiple web design revisions and having to wait too long for clients to get back to me with their initial brief. Honestly, it has cut the time between my clients' commitment and when I can actuallly start in half.
