Volume is King!

What do you like best?

We have really revved up our calling strategy. Instead of spending countless hours manually dialing throughout the day, our reps are now focused on strategic outreach while the platform makes 10 times the dials in less time. When a decision maker is reached, the teleprompter easily allows the team to refocus on the prospect. The manager side of the platform is great, allowing real-time coaching decisions to be made instead of waiting for a 1:1 when the intent and value of the coaching session is lost.

What do you dislike?

The integration with SalesLoft needs some work, but the team has been with us the entire time ensuring that we get what is needed for our SDR's to be successful. You have to be careful of how much you use the platform, or you can easily run out of purchased dials which are not inexpensive.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a way to improve our connection rate. Grinding all day on the phones to only come up with 1, maybe 2 connections during the day can be demoralizing. This way of doing things does not lend to a higher conversion rate. Now we are getting more at bats with our connect rate increasing 5x which has led to more meetings.
