Advanced user of Condo ControlThis is a very user friendly software that fully tracks all amenity bookings and elevator bookings. I think the best function of the software is the "Notice" funtion and how it sends out all notices automatically to all residents and units owners with just a simple click. The notice template function is a nice personal add on.
I havent actually found anything that bother me just yet.
Get the first training session and ask questions. The support at CCC is good and they are always available. Take the time to customize your settings , so it reflects your property and the day to day activities for reservations of different amenities. It's also good to have your all your staff trained, to esnure that opening and closing services request are flawless. It pretty much comes down to how much time you spend navagating through the different fucntions and going through the settings. Its also a good idea to watch out for thier updates, which provides alot of useful tips and new functions that are being added.The notice function is very useful when sending out mass notices. This can also be customized so that notices go to certains floors or zones, so this is very useful in a highrise building with 50+ floors. I would also recommend subscribing to more then 1 year, as there is potenial to save on some cost's in the long run.I have used other softwears of this naature with other condominiums, and I can say this one is very easy to use. I'v actually compared pricing with of company that off this type of softwear, and Iv confirmed that condo control centeral is very competative in price, but ultimitly they are the cheapest.
Overall, its a great program that every condominium big or small should be using to assist in manageing your property.
Everything is electronic, so I dont waste alot of time looking through hard copy units files. Once the information is added, its very quick to access it.
