What do you like best?
Very easy to use and intuitive. Great interactivity with the CRM without leaving Gmail.
What do you dislike?
The Sugar Calendar only pushes to a separate google calendar and doesn't bi-directionally sync with an existing gmail calendar.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The primary use-case is for email pushes to the CRM directly from Gmail. Collabspot have added so much more functionality though. This includes appointment scheduling and sharing available as well as analytics around your communications with various people.
