What do you like best?

I like the designs they have. They are modern and up-to-date. They also make it easy for the consumer to use your email in marketing to respond and continue business with that client.

What do you dislike?

The thing I really dislike is the fact that the biggest thing it offers is layouts and designs that are modern and help add a more expensive price than apps like Canva Which makes it even easier to keep all of your correspondence on brand. I'd much rather plug my Canva branding Into similar programs that end up costing me less. The consumer wouldn't notice a difference except for maybe the fact that the designs of the emails weren't Always on the same brand. They do still make it easy for a customer or prospect To be acquired or have continued business. I just think you're way more memorable when you have a brand that is evident in all of your media.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am getting customers to stay at our clients, but I feel like I could've done that on my own. We plan on dropping them shortly to be honest.
