Forget about meeting conflicts and manual rescheduling
What do you like best?
Clockwise provides me with great peace of mind. In the last months since I started using Clockwise, I have been able to totally simplify my workflow to setup & manage my meetings, so in the end I can focus on what is important: taking care of my team and the work we deliver. I have 9 direct reports, and like many people I believe a handful of people I need to sync up with on a very regular basis (say weekly or fortnightly). This makes it ~10+ recurring 1:1 per week. With the size of our company, this naturally ends up in various conflicts on a regular basis.
Imagine this: you've got a meeting from 10:00 to 10:15, then another one from 10:15 to 10:30 then 10:45 to 11:30.
If say, the 10 to 10:15 is a 1:1 exceptionally want to extend to 1 hour, I just do it.
Meaning the meeting will now be from 10:00 to 11:00.
Then, I move on back to my normal work. (leaving the meeting conflict I just created myself...).
And then, the next time Clockwise makes its daily pass, I know it will just do the rescheduling for me and resolve the conflict.
And not just resolving the conflict, but doing it in a way that is going to be beneficial for me *and* the other person in the call.
What do you dislike?
It is not possible to configure multiple chunks in working days to have meetings slated there.
E.g. I would like to tell Clockwise that I'm open for meetings on, say, Monday evenings from 20:30 to 21:30 because this flexibility works for me (and I'll use it to have my sport workout during the more "typical" working hours, when most people are working on the clock :-)). This is not possible currently AFAICT.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I do not need to resolve any meeting conflict anymore. I also have more free/focus time without having to create it manually constantly on some given times but still struggle the rest of the time.
