What do you like best?

The best part about the ClickSurv is the Integrated modules which make the overall Customer Onboarding journey right from Survey roll out to Lead generation to Onboarding becomes seamless. We were able to get the most of the tool via the Watson AI engine integrated with the ClickSurv and Insights generated by the product

What do you dislike?

Well, we can say the level of Integration support provided by the tool is not that robust specially when we try to Integrate with the other Data Visualisation tool. Team can work on building additional API's to support various other standard tools like SAP, Oracle HCM etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Better Integration with the External Tools + Scalability (i guess which might be taken care in Cloud version)
