Ok I guess

What do you like best?

We've only used this for reviewing recorded calls and our scores on them, so for that it works fine.

What do you dislike?

Nothing I can think of, I've never had an issue with it.

It seems to work well for what we use it for.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We just use it to review our call quality scores, and it works fine for that.
