Advanced user of CleanTelligentI love that our customers always know where we stand with them. It keeps us organized and accountable.
The lack of customer service. Seems like the company has changed because we used to be told that cleantelligent can be creative and custom yet they got rid of all of our custom additions. Our CEO also wrote to the President with some concerns and he never replied back. The level of care has truly dropped. I guess we aren't big enough of a customer.
Make sure you have an IT person to help because the customer service is not what it used to be
