What do you like best?

What I like best about Citrix Sahrefile is the ability to send files that are too large to send via email to our clients and subject matter experts for review. You can set login security and link expirations to ensure only the intended recipient can view the files.

What do you dislike?

What I like least about Citrix Sharefile is the fact that they are less known by end users than some of their competitors like Dropbox. This sometimes makes the user who receives the files less likely to open the link because they may think its a phishing attempt.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Citrix Sharefile solves one our law firms biggest problems, which is getting very large medical records files to our medical experts for review in a secure, HIPPA compliant process.
