What do you like best?

For FTP, you want something that is quick, easy to navigate, and supports all basic protocols. Forklift checks all of these boxes.

What do you dislike?

Some of the documentation is a it vague. Coming from Yummy FTP, which has a simple interface, and easy to understand syncing and bookmarking capabilities, took a while to figure out some of the basic FTP functions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

When you come from a different FTP product, there is a learning curve here. Simple things like "Window placement" can be done, just need to learn where/how.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I need a solid FTP that supports a variety of different protocols. Forklift has so far done the job, and connects to everything I need from basic cPanel file management, to Cloud drive management in Box, Dropbox, and Onedrive.
