What do you like best?
Effective performance is a key part to any management software. I think a key ingredient to this is CINC's integrated partners. These partners have essentially bought in to our success, and do everything possible to make our everyday job as easy and stress-free as possible. I love that our accounts are reconciled on a daily basis. I love that we can complete a mass-mailing with a click of a button. I love that we are able to offer so many different payment options to our clients. I haven't explored the new online voting option, but I look forward seeing what they have to offer.
What do you dislike?
I believe the major downside to CINC is the violation application. It is very tedious, laborious and time consuming. The off-line work option doesn't work half of the time. There are constantly glitches with correspondences created. Letters are hard to edit. Pictures cannot be time and dates stamped. The list goes on and on. This is one time in CINC where I feel I have to double, triple, quadruple check every time I use it..and that still does not mean that everything will come out correct in the end.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The new portfolio application is a great addition to the CINC software. I believe that with time it will significantly improve the way our association managers perform. I love how it combines all the information to provide a detailed management report for each association. If this application was linked to work orders, board tasks, invoices, etc. it would be a total game changer. I would also like to see CINC make it easier to change, update, and delete action items. I'm really looking forward to seeing where CINC takes this.
