HORRIBLE Customer Service - Problems are never resolved.
What do you like best?
The backend of the system is overall user friendly. There are basic formatting items that they won't correct, which is frustrating. For example, when entering information into fields, you should be able to tab from one to the next.
What do you dislike?
The system has the potential to be good. But, there are issues/challenges that come up, which you can expect with any CRM. The problem is the support has become HORRIBLE. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone. All of their support is overseas and alot of the time, the responses you get back either do not make sense, or, they just brush things off. It takes multiple attempts to get things resolved and is a huge waste of time. There are alot of options in this space nowadays and finding one that actually supports you and the product is critical. If you look at other reviews, you'll see the same issue -lack of support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't buy it - Find another CRM that isn't only worried about signing up new users and not supporting them. If you read other reviews, they also talk about the lack of support.
Also, make sure the system you sign up with has US based support if you're working in the US.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The level of support is horrible. For example, we're trying to implement a new follow up campaign (which is one of the features that they heavily market), but the campaign will not properly assign to the leads. I have been trying to get this corrected with support, with no success. It's been over 3 weeks, they don't respond, they haven't fixed it, they haven't helped.
