What do you like best?

I like how it interfaces well with marketing for our customers with promotions and coupons. It's extremely user friendly with easily accessible buttons when you're in a hurry serving customers.

What do you dislike?

some times it lags when loading and the interface with our debit card machine doesn't always work I'm not sure if this is directly related to this product or our debit card machine though ...

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Benefits are tracking for sure, it is so much easier to track things with this software than the one we previously had which was ancient.
