Advanced user of ChatwootThis tool has most of the basic features you would need in a live chat. It's very flexible, so you can use it either on your website or to reply to messages to a Facebook page or Twitter profile. The setup is very easy to accomplish. Also, it has a self-hosted option, which is very hard to find in similar live chat software.
There's still lots of room for improvement. The live chat itself could provide more flexibility in terms of automatic responses or some sort of basic chatbots. Visitor details could also be improved (for example, the visitor location). Other than that, it could also include features to make it easier for the user to send a screenshot.
If you have someone technical on your team to set this up, then it's a nice simple live chat tool to consider.
