Great product, and they are working to improve their support.

What do you like best?

ChannelAdvisor is a great integration partner, their software works, they constantly improve it, and they are an invaluable vendor providing an essential service for us.

What do you dislike?

In the past we have had problems with Channel Advisor's single-threaded email-only support model. In once case a year or two ago I engaged in a 27-message thread over several weeks trying to get a critical issue resolved with our Amazon account, during that conversation I repeatedly asked in writing to talk to a human, but was not able to. Since then, ChannelAdvisor has reached out to me and put in place some escalation paths to address this issue, and I am happy with this resolution.

It's rare to see a vendor take concrete action like this to resolve a complaint. They are an excellent company.
