What do you like best?
Easy to use interface. The trading tool is perfect for new users, and customer support is reasonably fast. Deposit and buying crypto is an absolute breeze, and that's one of the main reasons I always recommend this platform.
What do you dislike?
I don't really have complaints; however, it would be nice if other utility tokens like XinFin's XDC, Telcoin, CasinoCoin and VeChain were added. That's one of the only reasons I have to use other exchanges.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Most exchanges use third-party payment processors that feel off and often have problems. Accepting both Visa and MasterCard is a big plus, and the ability to not only deposit USD to trade but buying crypto directly with my card is one of the things I like the most.
