What do you dislike?

Apart from them loosing my account and not being able to help ! Everything. No welcome or confirmation email just sms messages so delete them and you have less proof of an account opening.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Opened an account with them and and same day bought a small amount (thank god) of alt coin to try their system and see how they work.

Their website is very very glitchy and slow. However I persevered and checked my coins and was at that point happy.

However 2 days later when I went to open my webpage (that normally logs on automatically for me) I got sent to the log on page which you have to manually input user and password...no problem. Oops it won't take my password so I request a code to reset....Nothing was received by either mail or sms.

Hi HELP DESK .....explained the above and the answer I got back was 'sorry sir you are not registered with us by either your email or phone number !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HUH so I explained again but received the same answer over and over again. And since I never wrote down my UID number I didn't have any reference at all. I even explained and sent them my transaction email from SIMPLEX for my coins......"Sorry sir you will have to provide us with your log on details'

I was absolutely dismayed with this tick the box service so I decided to create a new profile with the same log on details and see what happens. Guess what 7 hours later it won't let me log in again to my NEW account and is saying again that the password is incorrect !!!

Absolute abhorrant service and now I've just feel I've been scammed by KUCoin as I have nowhere to go for help !

If anyone has any ideas regarding this issue then let me know. Or how you complain to the Singapore authorities to get my coins returned from their BLACK HOLE exchange !
