Many complaints over CCBill Pay service for customers
We're always a little suspicious of merchant account providers that specifically advertise to high-risk merchants. While some of them provide excellent service at a fair (but certainly not cheap) cost, there are also plenty of others that take advantage of their customers, charging exorbitantly high processing rates and adding on plenty of account fees.
