User Friendly and Time Efficient

What do you like best?

Casamba Skilled is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate through the portal and allows me to be efficient in my documentation. I was worried when SNFs went to the PDPM model , but so far there have been no issues with billing or charges with this new type of payment model. It has a nice mix of "free text areas" to add my own verbiage, as well as section of pre-fabricated or drop down tools.

What do you dislike?

Thus far I have been unable to log on to two different devices at the same time under one login. For example, if I am on a hand held device completing a patient's note and am wanting to look at their old evaluations without losing my current progress, I cannot get onto a desktop and look up old previous admission documentation without losing my current note or causing it to "glitch". You can have multiple tabs open at once though, so in theory there may be a way to both on the one device.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Request a Trial with the IT department so that if you have questions, it can be answered in real time vs. having to trial it while treating patients and then being unable to have questions answered as they come up, but an hour later.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Really my only complaint thus far has been the wait time on their customer service end. When for some reason I am locked out of my login and unable to clock in/out or get on the portal at all, wait times can be over an hour to call and have someone from the IT end, unlock it for me/or help me problem solve. They are great once you have them on the phone at helping you with any issues, but getting a hold of them is crazy and will ruin your productivity for the day.
