AHT Revenue Cycle Management Reviews

Outdated interface, but easy to use

What do you like best?

I like the simplicity of the AHT LTC software. It's pretty easy to get the hang of after using it for a little while. The system is pretty good at anticipating the biller's needs and has some “common sense” features that other, newer softwares are missing, like auto-generating separate claims for each month of stay instead of lumping them all on one claim and having it deny for occurrence span codes.

What do you dislike?

The interface is very outdated. You'll want to double-click to open things up, but you have to select it and then press the select button in order to open something up. If they could bring it up to speed, it would be perfect.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It makes my medical billing process simpler and also makes it easier for me to adjust claims than other softwares/websites I've used. We use a new system now and it has a lot of kinks (like the occurrence span denial example) that make me miss AHT.
