What do you like best?
Easy to Navigate and search for accounts. The data is very clear and actionable and allows you to see both individual engagement and entire account-based engagement. This is fantastic and drives customer-focused activities. The data is also very easy to understand and it is clear which accounts and contacts are the active or engaged users and which accounts have low scores and need to be worked on.
What do you dislike?
It can sometimes be slow to load and bring up the correct data. On occasion, the platform can hang for a long time when loading, which is frustrating. There are also more infrequent times when the data does not load at all. However, the support team are very helpful in solving this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Click into both contact and account level information. There are a number of different views and reports so it is definitely worth spending time understanding which reports are most suitable for the type of information that you need. For example you can highlight the most engaged accounts and review the content they are looking at or on the other side the least engaged accounts so that you can plan to boost engagement.

Understanding what our customers are engaged with and using this information to do more of what's working. For example, we can see the most visited pages on our website and the content that is most popular with our customers. This enables us to drive more traffic to the high-performing web pages and analyze the pages that are not performing well.
