What do you like best?
Ease to use Sysview is excellent when compared to Omegamon and Mainview. Looking for History for Transactions for report generation is great and easily accessible. Setting parameters to CAPLIST is very useful to record specific instances.
What do you dislike?
Everthing is good and i donot see any issue in using sysview.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Most of the time i work with Transaction History and Performance for CICS transactions. Exception alerts helping us to find the errors easily.
