What do you like best?

It's API and integration is great. I can use it very smoothly. But I did not set it up.

The website is simple, and it supports all countries (really).

Their support is very good, and quick.

What do you dislike?

Sending from their website can be painful, especially if you wanted to send to a group. Because updating the group is kind of a mess. I believe it should have some better approach.

Their lists (logs) are not user-friendly.

Their premium route is expensive, and that's okay if it does guarantee you will reach the client (it doesn't).

I think our problem there was not with BulkSMS, rather than their network of local providers (in the area we operate).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I think they have the best prices, just do a demo for 1 month and test all the countries you will send to, via the 3 available routes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We sent SMS to our clients, in urgent situations. It was cheaper than any local provider, because the local provider offer a very low cost for local SMS, on the other hand their world-wide SMS costs are high.
