Lots of need for improvement

What do you like best?

The idea of integration within your payroll takes a lot of time and effort away trying to keep data in two places.

What do you dislike?

There are major issues with correct data being uploaded, the help is slow to come when needed, very difficult to navigate and try to fix issues, no formal training on user side on how to use platform.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Recent open enrollment issues have not been resolved, edi files transmitting incorrect data as well as rates not loaded correctly.
