What do you like best?

It was easy for our employees to use once logged in. The way it walked them through each step made it very simple. I liked how they connect with UNUM and how the info direct transfers.

What do you dislike?

It was extremely expensive and they charged us for employees that terminated. We have a lot of turnover so this because very costly for us. It also was a third party so resulted in extra data entry for us because it wasn't a part of our HRIS.

Verify how it will interact with your current benefit plans and HRIS. Consider turnover costs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Paperless open enrollment and benefits administration. This freed up a lot of time for us not having to track paper forms and keep up with paper enrollments.
