A very helpful recruitment tool

What do you like best?

As a film festival team, we needed to discover and dig into a pile of enthusiastic applications from candidates who wanted to work with us and as we do not have a large HR department, this was becoming quite a stressful task. That is where Bryq came in and helped us efficiently identify the ones that really matched our needs. We also liked a lot the interview guide that they provided per candidate - that was really helpful.

What do you dislike?

I wish we could have the same tool in Greek as some of out candidates are not so confident in english.

Highly recommended to those of you getting tons of application that you cannot efficiently process to spot the best talent for the job

The problem is the amount of candidates attracted by the festival and the lack of time or experience or resources to evaluate equally all of them
