BriteVerify Email Address Validation Tool
What do you like best?
We use BriteVerify on a weekly basis! It is essential to our marketing workflow and data quality initiative. There are 4 validation statuses: valid, invalid, unknown, and accept all. It's really simple to use; just import an CVS file and wait for it to run.
What do you dislike?
Although I cannot compare it to other email validation tools (it's the only one that I've used). I have found that it cannot truly validate most of the emails with the green "valid" status. The majority of the emails fall under "accept all" which is unclear. You still run the risk of bounces if you use any emails with the "accept all" status.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider your workflow process with your CRM. Where are your leads coming from? Will BriteVerify work with those tools? Are you okay with importing and exporting CSV files?
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use BriteVerify to make sure that we don't import "invalid" emails to our CRM. This reduces bounces and keeps our deliverability rates high.
