Advanced user of BrainStorm QuickHelpPre-canned training that is small chunks that fits everyone's time schedule. Train for 2 minutes or an hour. We have an automated on-boarding skillsets that get assigned automatically to new staff so all are up to speed with how we use O365.
As an IT admin, I don't want to spend my time making documents/videos when I could simply send a link to Brainstorms content. We have found this product to be appropriately priced and it continues to be used.
It can be used as a Learning Management System, but you can't upload SCORM packages, you have to upload all your content individually.
