Advanced user of Box ShieldI like the fact that it makes sharing files and documents safer and have a traceability of "who is shared" and "with whom it is shared". It also has content controls that give some freedom and at the same time security to make sharing processes inside and outside the company less worrying.
Price is not a negative thing, but it should be evaluated by small and medium-sized companies and related to its possible benefits
It is very useful to have an extra layer in the security of the files that are shared on the network, especially when they are documents or elements that must have a certain degree of confidentiality, thus avoiding information leakage, duplication or original copies of projects, invoices or any item that must have a limited range of sharing
