Easy tool for designing chatbot

What do you like best?

I like the pre built templates that comes with the software. This helps to get users started quickly with the software.

I also like that botsify provides the ability to save responses from users to a form.

What do you dislike?

I think the UI is not as intuitive as that of competing solutions i hope it can be upgraded to making using the solution more enjoyable

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use botsify to create chatbots for both our website and Facebook page. This has led to some reduction in the cost of providing customer support
