What do you like best?

I love that it's an all in one system. This exact platform has helped our team go from 50 transactions per year to 1500 transactions in one year. I can route leads to different teams in different cities across the state, my leadership has admin accounts so they can monitor agent activities. I love that I can parse just about any type of lead into the system.

What do you dislike?

For a while, the main thing I disliked about Boomtown (and all CRMS) was that over the years we've created quite a database of information. But what was happening was that a lead who registered on our site 6 years ago....and might have been marked as Trash.... would re-inquire on Zillow or Realtor.com and no one would be notified...where as a competing agent or brokerage would get the lead instantly and have the opportunity to treat it as new. This was a big problem and I love that Boomtown found a way to make it happen and make these old NEW leads go back into Lead Matching rules and be treated as a BRAND NEW LEAD!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving leads getting lost in the shuffle. We have a plan for every lead. And we have plans that we review daily to make sure that everyone is on a drip campaign, everyone is on an e-alert, and everyone is being effectively communicated to.
