Bonusly is an amazing tool for building camaraderie among coworkers
What do you like best?
What I like best about Bonusly, is letting my teammates know how they've done a good job, in a way that gives them public recognition. Builds trust and confidence to have that encouragement from your coworkers.
What do you dislike?
The downsides of using Bonusly are the unused points don't roll over for an additional 30-days; the end of the month is the busiest time, and on a couple of occasions, I have missed giving the points away on a couple ocassions.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problem I am solving with Bonusly is boosting employee morale and recognition. We are getting even better about recognizing our employees as a company by adding that recognition in other areas also, but this is an excellent building block of that culture.
