What do you like best?

There is a lot of flexibility and it has a world class customization. Once you are familiar with the reports, is very useful in a daily basis. Able to see current status of the units.

What do you dislike?

There are some reports that takes to much time to open. Another issue is when you update and submit, sometimes takes to do the submit few times to updated. However, this has already been solved and i enjoy using this tool.

This tool is very flexible and has a recommendable user interface. It very simple and easy to learn. It has increased our customers and our growth worldwide.

We are using this software to do most of our reports. We are also training our customers and employees. It is very friendly and has saved us a good time.
