Epicor Mattec MES

What do you like best?

Epicor MES makes it easy for Employees to clock in and out of jobs/indirect sequences easily & efficiently. This ease of use also makes payroll go smoother.

What do you dislike?

Epicor's time clock can be off from time to time, and therefore the time recorded doesn't accurately display when the employee clocked in. Another disadvantage (at least with the cloud based version) is that whenever an update occurs, you have to wait for the update before you can have an employee clock in or out. This makes it a little cumbersome when trying to get accurate hours.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Epicor MES we are able to see how many hours were applied to each individual job, and see how much we either met our time goals, went over time, or had better times than predicted.
