Their customer support and customer care is responsive and always willing to help. Bibsonomy makes provision for tag hierarchy, group management and privacy features and tools. It is one tool you should not do without

Bibsonomy is almost perfect. I do not really like the user interface. For that reason, I give it 9 out of 10
