i love that is is made my benefits people, and understand benefits logic. I appreciate the reporting as well.
What do you dislike?
it could use a fresher look, and some of the set-up is not very intuitive. It could be easier to roll forward plans come renewal.

offering online enrollment to smaller companies. We have been able to manage Ben. Adm in in house. it has helped us with our sales presentations as well.
