Benefit focus ain't Focussed. They are extreemly poor in what they do.
What do you like best?
Nothing - that are horrible to work with. First you talk to an AI that cant even anser question and sends you to another AI then finally so someone that is polite and cant do anything and does not understand what they are doing
What do you dislike?
They could not answer one question. They show I have and paid for insurance but BCBS has no record of the coverage. Benefit Focus keeps sending me back to the insurance company but they keep saying I have no coverage. I don't think BenefitFocus knows what insurance is and that it has to be paid for. I need to pick up diabetic supplies will pay out of pocket $$$$ as they can't help. The keep telling me to call the insurance company.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I need insurance company policy number. It is not being worked out as this is too difficult for their staff.
