Great potential but UI needs work, a nice tool for communication with candidates
What do you like best?
I like the campaigns feature the best. Also the Chrome extension is useful for adding profiles.
Offers a means of engaging talent pools in a new and dynamic way, not just sending Inmails.
Offers transparent reporting that can be easily accessed by users
There are regular trainings and webinars organised by the customer success team which add value
What do you dislike?
The UI can be difficult to navigate, it doesn't seem intuitive. Also you cannot log in directly from the URL, you must log in via SSO which can be time consuming
It does not integrate as well with Workday as I would like, Workday talks to Beamery but not the other way round, this often results in duplication of efforts as screening notes must be logged twice
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Adds value to organisations with a large candidate pool or could be useful for niche skillsets where you need to differentiate
Complete the trainings and think carefully about rollout, the UI is not that easy to use so it may take a while to ensure adoption

Until now we did not have a way to automate pipeline creation, by using the recipes feature of Beamery we have been able to automatically feed candidates into pools
