What do you like best?

Very easy to use and teach your employees how to use. Scales incredibly fluidly so that it can be easily implemented across an entire organization

What do you dislike?

Doesn't have as many features as I'd like so sometimes it's difficult to accomplish the task at hand.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allowed us to handle phones calls efficiently. Multiple line extension, music for putting customers on hold.
