What do you like best?

In short, it is mainly characterized by the amount of tools that allow us to use new templates, texts, colors, everything necessary to be able to offer a good survey, the system is very complete and has given very favorable results. I am happy for them, it is a very tool. simple and intuitive for that reason we continue to use the service because it has provided us with very favorable solutions allowing us to improve the company.

What do you dislike?

We do not have any kind of problem or inconvenience regarding the functionality of this system because the results obtained were as expected, for this reason we love the functionality of this tool as well as being very simple, it only has the systems to create, design, improve or send the surveys, in turn download it possibly use another very wide different survey submission tool.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

In general, the marketing area is specifically happy because the way of doing the surveys is simple, so it does not offer to improve little by little and create very detailed surveys.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A great system appeared to me with great results and that is why I love how it has achieved our main objective, which is why it has solved our problem of improving our Company in a direct way since with the comments of the clients through the surveys We have managed to improve each of the areas and services, it is for this reason that whether they are positive or negative works because they allow us to give us ideas of how to improve, they have been very pleasant and the tools useful.
