What do you like best?

Apsona is the program we use to add information in large batches. Without this tool we would not have the level of productivity that we currently do. It's also great for doing mass changes in Salesforce.

What do you dislike?

Apsona sometimes is not the best tool for making changes to a large group of records. Sometimes it is more intuitive to run a report and import the needed information.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a simple tool that makes mass updates easy to do. I prefer it over running reports and importing the resulting CSV file.

Apsona was a key addition to our organization's toolbox for database management. It allows us to manage many accounts with little effort.
